Windows Store Error Code 0x801901F7, sometimes called the \u201cServer Stumbled\u201d error, is a frustrating bug you may encounter when trying to open the Microsoft Store. It\u2019s typically caused by corrupted cache files, network proxy issues, pending Windows updates that the Store needs, or outages on the server-side.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Fortunately, it\u2019s generally pretty simple to resolve. Try these steps to restore normal access to the Microsoft Store.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Restart Your PC<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Like so many other PC errors, a simple restart is often all it takes. A reboot should clear any temporary service glitches and pending Windows servicing operations that may be blocking Store access.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Reset the Windows Store Cache<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

If a reboot doesn\u2019t work, try resetting the Windows Store cache next.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Update Windows and the Microsoft Store<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

If you\u2019re still unable to access the Store, make sure your system and the Store are fully updated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 1.<\/strong> Check Settings > Windows Update for pending updates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 2.<\/strong> If the Store is accessible, check for Store updates via Microsoft Store > Library > Get updates. Depending on your Store version, the \u201cUpdate\u201d option may appear under your profile picture or in the \u201cDownloads\u201d menu, instead of under \u201cLibrary.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
