Because the message doesn&#8217;t identify the underlying problem, it can be difficult to tell whether the issue is with your connection, the Copilot app, your account, or Microsoft&#8217;s service. With that in mind, you can try the following:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Check that your computer is connected to the internet and that the connection is stable.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Restart the PC.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Check Microsoft\u2019s service status. There\u2019s no single website where this can be done, so you can refer to the <a href=\"https:\/\/status.cloud.microsoft\/m365\/referrer=serviceStatusRedirect\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Cloud Status page<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/downdetector.com\/status\/microsoft-copilot\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">DownDetector<\/a> for the Copilot App, or another server status checker.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If none of these yield any results, proceed to the other fixes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"h-fix-1-disable-or-change-vpn-settings\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Fix 1 \u2013 Disable or Change VPN Settings<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A VPN can sometimes interfere with network connections or trigger access issues.
